Q: What is the update steps, how many minutes it takes?
A:
a. download the update tool and update file;
b. Connect SKP-900 to the computer using the USB cable,
c. Click OPEN to open the update bin file (send us serial number of SKP-900 and we will send the update file to you via Email),
d. Click Auto Scan Port button to setup the COM port,
e. Click UPDATE button to start update.
It takes about 30 minutes to finish the update.
CAUTION: DO NOT DISCONNECT THE SKP-900 WHEN UPDATING!
Q:When SKP-900 device prompt “CAN BE USED 0 TIMES”, like following picture shows, what should we do?

A:Solution: this picture shows that the tokens were used up, you just need to add more free tokens, then it will back to normal work.
